Gratuities

Gratuities are not included in the price of

services, packages or certificates but are

greatly appreciated, based on your satisfaction

for exceptional service.

Our Cancellation Policy

We kindly appreciate a 24 hr cancellation

notice for single services and a 48 hr

cancellation notice for packages. In case of

insufficient notice, a charge of 25% of the

service(s) will apply.

*Group bookings can not be canceled.*

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are fully transferable and

non-refundable. We are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transactions on gift certificates if lost or expired. They must be used prior to expiry date, otherwise they will not be honored.

 

Late Arrivals

If exceptionally late, you may be asked to

reschedule or limit your appointment in

respect to our next client.

At Amici Spa we have always recognized the

importance of protecting the privacy of our

clients personal information. We take all

necessary precaution to secure your private

information and keep it confidential.

Amici Spa Etiquette

Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your

scheduled appointment to allow time to check

in, change and relax in our serene

atmosphere. Amici Spa provides robes,

slippers, toiletries, change rooms with

individual lockers and showers for your

comfort. To maintain the tranquility of the spa, we kindly request that you refrain from the use of electronic devices, loud conversations and any other disruptions. We also ask  that children do not accompany adults for their services. Services and prices are subject to

change without notice.
